P.H.A.S.E. 1 provides work and volunteer experiences for youth. Our internship program gives young people valuable practical experience in the work force. We have helped over a thousand youth earn 40 volunteer hours towards high school graduation by empowering them with positions of responsibilities in P.H.A.S.E. 1’s events and services. Many of our programs are run by youth for youth. We also conduct seminars and workshops to help youth increase self esteem, confidence building, and pro-active development.
The after-school development program is designed to assist the ongoing growth of students. The program is geared to build confidence and discipline through guidance and mentorship.
