P.H.A.S.E. 1’s team consists of educators, alumni and carefully selected community leaders. Together with strategic organizational partnerships, we oversee the creation and operation of P.H.A.S.E. 1's youth programs and service. As an organization, we believe strongly in the pursuit of higher education, therefore, it is a requirement of our staff to complete additional certifications and credentials to increase our capacity to develop and maintain programs which empower youth.
Wayne has 25 years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing youth organizations, services, and events. He is a graduate of American International College with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Wayne uses his academic and athletic background to create programs to empower youth. P.H.A.S.E. 1 is the evolution of Wayne's many years of experience working in partnership with leading sports, educational and social organizations.

Marlene is a graduated from Canadian Business College with Honors. She has over 20 years experience managing large companies and helping to develop their operating systems. Marlene's is also graduate of Frontline Bible Training College and her integrity with her leadership is firmly rooted in her faith. Marlene has been a volunteer with P.H.A.S.E. 1 for many years providing business direction and management support.
Nutrition and Fitness
Nina is a certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Fitness Association. Her passion for nutritional health has afforded her the opportunity to developing P.H.A.S.E. 1's - "Elite 1 Nutrition and Performance division. Nina is P.H.A.S.E. 1's leader in developing adaptive fitness and physical education programs for children with autism, sports teams and behavioural health companies. Nina is also President of the Phoenix Lady Elite 1's and a P.H.A.S.E. 1 certified athlete development trainer.
Event and Project Management
CEO and Founder of True Event Management Inc., has more than ten years of industry experience planning events and project scope, including product launches, business development and strategic planning. The lead event manager for several All Canada Classic a 3-day event put on by P.H.A.S.E.1, celebrating the top ranked basketball players across Canada. Miss. Anderson has certifications in event and project management through Sheridan College and is now finishing a Bachelor of Management and Commerce.
