P.H.A.S.E. 1 Youth Association would like to thank all the youth, parents and volunteers that made P.H.A.S.E. 1’s services possible. For over 18 years P.H.A.S.E. 1 has provided academic and athletic opportunities for youth across North America, through the development of programs, events, and services. P.H.A.S.E. 1  has consistently created strategies to assist youth in the areas, academic assistance to pursue higher education, obtaining athletic and academic scholarship and character development while empowering them to refine their talents and gifts.
