P.H.A.S.E. 1 began its international outreach teaching and encouraging our youth to give back to the global community. Students learn that despite the distance between us the plight of all people are the same and what happens in other countries has a direct effect on our community. Through this program our students get an opportunity to travel and volunteer in communities around the world. In the past we have facilitated P.H.A.S.E. 1 step team members to take trip to perform outreach in Nairobi Kenya and taken a team of inner-city basketball players to Duoi France. Ongoing projects include the support of Calabar Basic School in Trelawny, Jamaica.

P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy in Phoenix AZ

Six years ago P.H.A.S.E. 1 launched our first Academy for student athletes in Toronto, Canada. Despite tremendous efforts to grow the program for International athletes, it became very clear P.H.A.S.E. 1 would have to move in the direction of helping student athletes who were moving south of the border. What started as a mission to help Canadian athletes soon became a global mission helping student athletes from Africa, Europe, South America and the United States. Student athletes from all over the world needed to be in United States to maximum their exposure to NCAA scholarships and future professional careers. To serve the growing number of migrating  student athletes the decision was made to partner with Faith Christian School, a fully accredited private Christian School in Mesa, Arizona.

Through our main funding partner Education and Literacy For Life, many fundraising efforts and donations from our personal supporters, in the past 3 years P.H.A.S.E. 1 was able to raise money to support student athletes, housing, academics, travel and training at Faith Christian School, from Canada, United States, Sengal, Nigeria, Venezuala, France, Australia, Duabai, Argentina, Serbia and more.
