Athlete Empowerment

Wayne Dawkins lead trainer, former Head Coach of the Seneca College Men’s Basketball Team and West Hill C.I.  His passion is for training athletes and for finding better ways to maximize their bodies in order to reach their individual goals. From the inactive to the physically gifted, P.H.A.S.E. 1 strives to help people to discover the athlete within, enjoy how their body moves and to be inspired enough to dedicate time each day to improve their physical tools. In order to further encourage their development, P.H.A.S.E. 1 also created several events to showcase and celebrate the accomplishments of youth in the basketball community. Many of the events have featured the top names in Canadian basketball today who went on to showcase their talent in the NCAA, CIS, NBA, WNBA and globally for Canada.
