Adaptive Physical Education

From the inactive to the physically gifted, P.H.A.S.E. 1 strives to help all people to improve their mobility in order to enjoy how their body moves and become inspired to dedicate time to improving their physical health. The P.H.A.S.E. 1 Training System that is used to deliver our movement and sports programs is the culmination of over 20 years of competition, coaching and athlete training experience. It is also the foundation for our Autism Physical Education curriculum. 

Nutrition Management

P.H.A.S.E.1's  Elite 1 Nutrition and Performance focuses on developing habits that help manage nutritional needs with a busy schedule. We develop customized nutrition programs for individuals, teams, schools, and youth organizations. We implement programs that our clients are able to manage and maintain. 

 

Our nutritionists have a broad range of experience in helping diverse populations; athletes, children with autism, charter and private schools 

Movement Development 

Physical Literacy and Fitness programs with and emphasis and teaching quality movements. This program is uniquely designed to prepare youth and adults for the physical demands of various workplace environments. Individuals are trained using our proprietary pre-hab, re-hab and optimal movement physical literacy curriculumn. Our goal is to create lifelong active idividuals that understand their own bodies and how to adapt physically to all stages of life, changes in environment and daily living challenges.
